ITINERARY

Just 120 km from the City of Santa Cruz is the delightful bohemian town of Samaipata. Ideally located in a valley between the Andes Mountain ranges and Amazon Rainforests of Amboró National Park.

“El Fuerte” was the first bolivian archaeological monument declared Cultural Patrimony of Humanity by the UNESCO in 1998 because of its mysterious attractive and the valley beauty that surrounds it.

 

Full Day Tour

At 7:30 a.m. Hotel Pick up, and then go to Samaipata, a trip of approximately 3 hrs. First stop being the impressive “Las Cuevas Waterfalls” , have a few hours of swimming before stopping for lunch in the town of Samaipata, after lunch, explore  “El Fuerte Museum” and then do a guided tour to “El Fuerte” listed ruins which are some of the most impressive in all of the Americas, keep an eye out for Andean Condors which are , sometimes, seen, and return to Santa Cruz around 18:30.
